Section titled “📩 Submit a Support Ticket”To ensure we can help you as quickly and efficiently as possible, we process all support requests, bug reports, and feature requests through our official support form.

How to write a great support ticket:
Section titled “How to write a great support ticket:”To help us reproduce and fix your issue faster, please include the following information in your form submission:
- Unreal Engine Version: (e.g., UE 5.3, UE 5.4).
- Plugin Version: (If known).
- Detailed Description: What exactly is happening? What did you expect to happen instead?
- Steps to Reproduce: A step-by-step list of what you clicked or set up before the bug occurred.
- Screenshots / Video: A picture is worth a thousand words! Links to unlisted YouTube videos or Imgur screenshots showing your Blueprint setup are incredibly helpful.
